Mechanical engineer-turned-woodworker Bao Nguyen runs this West Moonah workshop alone, building furniture entirely from Australian hardwood — Tasmanian Oak, Messmate, Wormy Chestnut, Blackbutt, Vic Ash — with no MDF, veneer, or chipboard anywhere in the carcass. Named for his daughter May, the workshop ships free across Australia and gives raw wood shavings to the local community fortnightly. Visits by appointment.
