Barossa Farmers Market
Barossa Valley, SA
Saturday morning, every Saturday year-round, 7.30 to 11.30 at the corner of Angaston and Stockwell Roads. Established 2002 as an authentic farmers market — meaning the stallholders are growers and producers, not resellers — and now in its 23rd year. Barossa and South Australian vegetables, fruit, meats, bread, oils, preserves, pastries, dumplings, cakes and coffee. A Demonstration Kitchen runs scheduled sessions through the morning. The Kitchen Library lends members slow cookers, dehydrators and pasta machines through the myturn.com platform — borrow rather than buy. Run as a member cooperative with a named board and a stallholder accreditation programme. On Ngadjuri country. A Saturday-morning anchor of the Barossa weekend, particularly when paired with the Barossa Valley Cheese Company in the village.
