메릭스 노스의 LL 포도원에 위치한 46실 규모의 호텔로, 2017년 개발업자 루이 리가 건립했으며 북미의 자칼로프 신화 — 반토끼, 반영양 생물 — 를 디자인 개념으로 차용하여 테마화했다. 1989년 심어진 11헥타르의 샤르도네와 피노 누아를 마주하는 전위적 건축물. 1만 개의 글로브 샹들리에 아래 있는 어워드 수상 레스토랑 Doot Doot Doot, 칵테일 바 Flaggerdoot, 그리고 Random International의 Rain Room을 포함한 미술 수집품이 있다.
