Chef/owner Matt Dillow has run The Deck Cafe on the Gartelmann Wines property in Lovedale since 2013 — breakfast in the morning, a tapas menu at lunch, fresh bread and pasta made on site. The side businesses tell you more than the format does: Spanish, French and Italian cooking classes year-round, a small range of preserves under Matt's Produce, and chef-led food and wine tours through Tasmania, Margaret River, France and Spain.
