Temper Temper is the work of two chocolatiers, Roz and Georgia, who make their range by hand from a shop on the Bussell Highway at Cowaramup, in the Margaret River region. They work quality couverture with fresh local produce across truffles, bars and a deep shelf of more than 180 lines, plus drinking chocolate and their hot chocolate spoons. The shop is open daily, with the full range online and chocolate-tempering and truffle classes run from time to time.
