Romain Lassiaille spent eighteen years in the pastry kitchens of Le Cinq at the Four Seasons George V, Le Royal Monceau, and Le Vernet — three Michelin-starred Paris rooms — before five years at the Pullman in Bunker Bay and opening his own shop on Harmans Mill Road in Metricup, in the middle of Margaret River wine country. Classical French patisserie: macarons, chocolates, savouries, biscuits. Croquembouche towers built to order. High tea Fridays and Saturdays by booking. Thursday to Sunday only.
