Simply Sourdough Bread

Farid trained as a baker in Denmark and Sweden for fourteen years before moving to Lismore and setting up a one-person micro-bakery in Embassy Arcade. The range is Nordic — Danish rye sourdough, Swedish-style cinnamon buns, country and community sourdough. Open three mornings a week from the Keen Street shop, with bread also at Spar Lismore, Labaracca, Clunes Store, Timbre, Pass Cafe, Dark Horse, Pantry 29, Wide Open Rd, and The Hum.
