Artistic director Julian Louis leads this not-for-profit company out of Lismore, making theatre without fixed walls — site-specific shows, village pop-ups, regional tours. After flood and disruption, NORPA kept going. The work is collaborative, often with First Nations communities, and stubbornly rooted in the Northern Rivers rather than pointed toward the city.
