Red Cacao is an Adelaide Hills chocolatier and café in Stirling, where chocolatier Marcus and co-founder Yvi make a range that runs from a signature collection and truffles to single-origin, vegan and dairy-free chocolate. The café off Stirling's main street does the rest of the day, chocolate fondant, waffles, cakes and coffee, dine-in or takeaway. The chocolate is made through the Cacao-Trace program, and Yvi has travelled to West Africa to trace the beans back to the growers.
