Panna Artisan Bakery & Patisserie

Susan bakes 100% gluten-free sourdough at Panna Artisan on McKimmie Road in Palmyra, south of Fremantle. She freshly mills her own flours in-house and has spent years perfecting the flour blends. Slow-fermented, additive-free, free from gums and stabilisers, mostly organic — proper bread, shaped and slashed, not the supermarket gluten-free sandwich loaf. Wednesday to Saturday at the bakery, plus Saturday mornings at Mount Claremont Farmers' Market.
