The Margaret River Farmers' Market has run on Saturday mornings since 2002 — 7:30 to 11:30, year-round, in the Education Campus carpark on the Bussell Highway side of town. Run by the regional producers' association as a strict supply-chain-of-one operation: every stallholder grows, raises, fishes, brews or makes what they sell, no resellers admitted. The categories run the full producer breadth — fruit and veg, meat and poultry, dairy, eggs, fish, bakery, preserves, olive oil, flowers, seedlings, wholefoods, and the local nougat, chocolate and pasta producers who anchor the prepared-food side. Named Australia's Most Outstanding Farmers' Market by Delicious in 2018.
