Grain Bakery WA

Grain Bakery is the sixth generation of a WA baking family that started selling pies in Kondinin in 1930 and worked their way across the wheatbelt — Bridgetown, Northam, Cunderdin — before moving to Perth in 1972 to run the Bake-Inn Pie Shop in Plaza Arcade for twenty-three years, then Tasty Bake at Garden City, then a CBD bakery until 2023. Lathlain opened in 2020 as the family's first suburban venture. Same forty-year-old sausage roll recipe, same award-winning pies, plus horseshoe rolls, sourdough, and butter-flaky croissants out of a rotating four-deck oven. Catering arm operates statewide.
