Sandra — eldest daughter of Lion Oriental Foods, the family business that first brought Japanese sake to Perth — runs Sake World as both shop and advocacy project. The Northbridge operation imports direct from Japan, stocking everything from junmai to fruit liqueurs, with Sandra translating label classifications for a market still finding its footing with rice brew.
