Willunga Farmers Market

South Australia's first farmers market, founded in February 2002 after a town meeting at the Alma Hotel in Willunga. Now at Willunga High School every Saturday morning, supporting more than 80 Fleurieu producers — growers, butchers, cheesemakers, bakers, winemakers. Cheong Liew has been patron since 2006. Since 2014 the market has run a $15,000 Young Farmers Scholarship for emerging Fleurieu producers. Two-time delicious. Produce Awards winner for Most Outstanding Farmers Market.
