Thorngrove Manor

A castle-style boutique hotel in Stirling with stone towers, a knot garden, and exactly one couple in residence at a time. Dinner is served in-suite on hallmarked C18 sterling silver. After 28 years with Small Luxury Hotels of the World, Thorngrove walked away in 2024 to run fully independently; it now holds two Michelin Keys. Climbing stairs is unavoidable. No weddings on-site, though the gardens are hired out for photography.
