A heritage-listed eight-room hotel on Sandy Bay Road, opposite the casino and a short walk to Battery Point and Salamanca. Rooms are named after Tasmanian places — Cygnet, Salamanca, La Perouse, Alonnah, Corinna, Flynn 1909, Cartela, Regatta Suite — and each is configured differently with king beds, individual air conditioning, smart TVs, and full bathrooms. Breakfast is served in the dining room around an antique Jarrah table, with the fireplace going in winter. A formal walled garden sits behind the hotel, with rose plantings and quiet seating. Lambert Rivulet runs through the reserve directly behind the property, which is where the name comes from. On-site parking for all rooms.
