An 1872 chaff mill in Sellicks Hill at the southern edge of McLaren Vale, gutted by fire in 1919 (the Eatts family's insurance had lapsed by two weeks) and left as a ruin until Richard and Bernice bought it in 2006. Six years of restoration followed. Two self-contained suites: The Granary in the original grain store; The Millery in the 1902 front addition, with a two-metre chandelier made from the mill's old Winnower. Organic shiraz vines and almond grove.
