A husband-and-wife bakery on Todd Street in Alice Springs, run by Neil and Mel. Real-butter pastry, hand-crafted doughnut fillings, sourdough and artisan breads, french viennoiserie, and pies built from locally-sourced meats and vegetables. Everything made from scratch — no packet mixes, nothing baked from frozen. Locally-roasted coffee out front.
