Arthur Pallas learned to handmake chains in a Greek village at 13. His son Steve grew up beside him on the bench and now runs the family operation from Hardware Lane, where diamonds are selected, set in-house, and fitted to client-specified designs. Three generations of accumulated trade knowledge, one small workshop in central Melbourne.
