Dean Bruce and Dean Grant opened this Docklands brewpub in 2018 with a clear brief: build a bridge between mainstream and craft. Their Urban Ale was the first pour from a 25-hectolitre brewhouse designed for 690 people. Twenty-plus awards since 2019 suggest the formula works. The beer is brewed on-site; it doesn't get much fresher than that.
