What started as a tonic water company in 2019 became, two years later, a full distillery when Spirited acquired their first still. The all-Tasmanian lineup now runs from gin and vodka to single malt whisky, rum and spiced rum — some aged in French oak ex-Shiraz barrels and bottled in 600ml stainless steel hip flasks. The canned RTDs pair house spirits with their own Tasmanian Tonic and Smoked Cola mixers.
