Kay Norton-Knight completed her fine arts degree and opened a sculpture studio in the garden; Gerry planted cabernet sauvignon and shiraz on 15 acres in 1995. The two projects have grown together ever since — hand-pruned, low-yield reds sold mostly at the gate, alongside an annual sculpture exhibition that now draws 5,000 visitors and 250 artists to this pisé-cottage property outside Mudgee.
