The name folds ramen into romantic, and the room plays to it: bar seats and tables under a large artwork, lofi on the speakers. The kitchen keeps it tight, built around the house Ramentic tonkotsu, a creamy pork-bone broth with slow-cooked chashu, woodear mushroom and a soy-marinated egg, plus spicy and miso versions, harumaki and lotus chips.
