A late-night ramen and izakaya bar on Russell Street's noodle strip near Melbourne's Chinatown, going since 2017 and open until 3am on weekends. The ramen is the work of Rikisai Miyajima, 25 years and a family recipe behind it: Hakata-style thin noodles in a rich pork broth, plus black-garlic and chilli versions. Around it runs a full izakaya menu of yakitori, takoyaki, gyoza and robata skewers, with cold Japanese beer. Long, narrow, dark wood and paper lanterns.
