A family pizzeria on a Wembley corner, named for a kid who called mozzarella "Monsterella". The dough is naturally risen for 48 hours and the sauce is San Marzano, on pizzas from a plain Margherita to the La Regina with nduja, basil and pecorino. There's homemade whole-egg pasta too, a truffled pappardelle carbonara among it, and arrosticini abruzzesi: lamb skewers off the grill. BYO, seven nights, with a Highs and Lows streetwear collab on the side.
