Marvie & Wolfe is the Canberra CBD lunch spot Grant — sous chef at Sydney's two-hatted Restaurant Assiette, then head chef at Warren Turnbull's District Dining, and part of the opening crew at Chur Burger — opened on Moore Street in 2018 after moving back to Canberra to run his own kitchen. The menu is rolls and salads with weekly specials, meats smoked on-site, sauces and pickles made in-house, breakfast running through English muffins and a small classic range. Little Marionette coffee, the first Canberra pour. Weekdays only, 6:30am to 2:30pm.
