The roastery's signature blend, 1891, takes its name from the year Maleny was proclaimed a town — five origins producing chocolate, spice and a mellow fruit finish. Seasons rotates through single origins; the current run is Tanzanian, from Kilimanjaro's slopes, with dark chocolate, cherry and citrus. Decaf comes from Veracruz, Mexico, water-processed, with blackberry and plum.
