Mick Grimshaw and James Permezel — a beef farmer and a sailor — converted a run-down Picnic Bay arcade into Seasalt Arcade, putting a nanobrewery at its centre. Head brewer Roy's stout took bronze at the 2023 Australian International Beer Awards. Drink it in the beer garden, under shade, a short walk from the beach.
