Linda and Larry — hence Llarrinda — found a 2.5-acre paddock above Corner Inlet that had sat unsold for two years, and built their forever home on it with a local architect so that every room faced the one view: 180 degrees across the water to the northern peaks of Wilsons Prom. They opened it to guests in 2014. Room for six, every window holding that view, each with a door onto the verandah; an outdoor spa, a chiminea, and sheep and chickens whose eggs turn up at breakfast. It's their house and you share it — zoned so you keep your privacy, but you're as likely to wind up by the open fire with a glass of wine and their dogs at your feet. Six minutes from Foster and half an hour from the Prom gates; TripAdvisor called it the best B&B in the country in 2020, and the guests keep agreeing.
