Phil Vanier started Little Shed in East London — a concrete slab, a backyard shed, a curiosity that became a trade. Now based in Moonah, he works Tasmanian oak, walnut, celery top pine and wormy chestnut into commissions ranging from rolling-ladder libraries to custom kitchens. Every job begins with a 3D design; every piece is built to order, one at a time.
