Set in Orange's old Repco building, this café roasts its own coffee on a Loring out the back and sends it round the country under the Kite Coffee label. The owner came home to Orange after selling a wholesale roasting business in Sydney, and trades here as Factory Espresso: breakfast and lunch in a warmed-up industrial space, a famous bacon and egg roll, and barista courses on the side. You can drop in and watch the roaster run.
