Kilderkin Distillery

Ballarat has a distilling history stretching back to the 1860s, and Kilderkin is working that lineage — gin and whisky from a refurbished warehouse in the goldfields city. The Larrikin range covers a dozen-odd gins, from the flagship Original to limited releases like the pea flower Samhain. The distillery bar pours flights of both; bring someone who wants to stay a while.
