Grass Parrot Vineyard

A small family-run vineyard in the Central Ranges region south of Bathurst, specializing in cool climate wines including estate-grown Shiraz and Cabernet Franc. The name comes from a local's cheeky comment about the owners being "grass parrots" rather than "cockys," and the vineyard is regularly visited by actual grass parrots.
