Gooseneck Pottery
Gippsland, VIC
Five kilometres from Korumburra, Robert Barron fires one of Australia's largest wood-fired kilns — 14 metres long, stoked over four days, once a year. The resulting stoneware runs from mugs and casseroles to breadcrocks and planters, glazed by ash from the firing itself. The workshop is open to visitors on weekends and most weekdays.
