The Clark family has been growing apples and pears at Franklin since 1836. Today's fifth and sixth generations press that fruit into clear sparkling ciders — Summer Pear, Summer Apple, Cherry Pear, Raspberry Pear — named for third-generation orchardist Frank Clark. Visit the Ciderhouse Café to taste the range, tour the Franklin Apple Museum, or walk the orchard with a Clark.
