Luca Bolzoni and Marshal work out of Byron Bay's Arts and Industry precinct, where a late-night cold and a jar of hive honey led to Byron Bees — a honey liqueur blended with small-batch distillates and local botanicals. The hives sit in the hills above town at Tyagarah. Find them at 88 Centennial Circuit.
