Dave and Jen converted a 1940s shearing shed in Wooragee into a working distillery in 2018. The copper still runs on local grain and botanicals — no flavouring, no shortcuts. The Distillers Cut Dry Gin and a Coffee Liqueur that apparently became an obsession are among 15-odd bottles in the range. Jen's ceramic studio operates from the same property. Weekends, noon to five.
