Andrew Pirie's Lebrina winery makes a short but serious list: vintage Brut and Rosé sparkling wines alongside Alto Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir from the Tamar Valley. Critics have awarded the Deluxe Vintage Brut as high as 97 points. Tastings run by appointment, Wednesday to Sunday, with a guided flight of four wines for $20 a head.
