A Neapolitan pizzeria and porchetta bar on Mitchell Street, in the middle of tropical Darwin. Pizzas follow the Naples rulebook: San Marzano DOP tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, a leopard-spotted crust meant for a knife and fork. The Italian DOP cheeses and cured meats are imported; the seafood is all Australian, from NT banana prawns to Moreton Bay bugs. Porchetta and the wholemeal pane cafone are made in house, and the beef Wellington needs three days' notice.
