Peter Briggs's collection fills a striped-verandah building on York's main street: three-wheeled pioneer cars, chrome-laden American 1950s cruisers, Bathurst race machines from the 1970s. The span — veteran through vintage through classic — is genuinely broad, and the racing memorabilia and period posters give it texture beyond the vehicles themselves.
