Since 2014, this family-owned Mordialloc brewery has run a 15-hectolitre, three-vessel brewhouse turning out everything from barrel-aged ales to hard seltzers. Weekend afternoons bring the taproom to life — 16 rotating house taps, an outdoor beer garden, share plates from the in-house kitchen. The Wolfred Hazy IPA, built on Nectaron, Mosaic Cryo and Krush Hyperboost, is worth the trip down the Frankston line.
