Founded in 2014 by Jimmy and Al, Whipper Snapper set out to make Australian whiskey worth arguing about. The East Perth distillery at 139 Kensington Street works grain to glass, with a bar where the results speak for themselves. Unpretentious and urban — exactly what the local spirits scene needed.
