Warramunda's 55-acre Upper Yarra vineyard runs on rainwater, lunar-timed pruning and cover crops of rye and clover worked back as compost. Three soil types — red basalt, sedimentary clay, ancient ocean bed — underpin a focused range led by Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The cellar door closed in 2024; wines are the whole point now.
