Villa Howden

A French-inspired villa on the shores of North West Bay, where the Huon Valley begins. Ten rooms, a Tower Room with panoramic water views, and Bruni's Restaurant — named for the French admiral who charted this coast in 1792. Indoor pool, landscaped gardens, high tea on Saturdays, dinner sourced from local farms and fishers. Howden is twenty minutes from Hobart but feels like the South of France forgot which hemisphere it was in.
