Valknut Meadery

Mead made from local bush honey — over a tonne a year — sourced from hives near Crows Nest's national parks. Ginger goes from harvest to vat the same day. Rainwater, unfiltered and unfluoridated. The meadery is closed to the public, but bottles reach boutique cellars, markets, and online. Alcohol runs 14–20%, sweet and flat, often fruity.
