Todd Stuart — previously chef-owner of Petite Mort — runs a 20-seat room on Lord Street with sous chef Yui and a ten-course menu that roams globally. Two sittings, two small rooms, one table in the private room. The unhurried pace is by design: last bookings at 7:30pm mean the kitchen isn't turning tables.
