Inside a repurposed cold room at Brook Street's old milk factory, this North Toowoomba collective was built around arts-based alternatives to conventional therapy, education and disability services. Young artists and musicians work alongside the practitioners who started it. The surrounding precinct — brewery, roasters, studios — is catching up to what's already happening inside the fridge.
