The Lord Howe Island Brewery

Veteran brewer Chuck Hahn designed the compact system specifically to fit aboard the Island Trader — the freighter that supplies Lord Howe — and be assembled on arrival. The beer uses endemic island flora, identified through partnerships with Southern Cross University, Imperial College London, and Kew Gardens. Wood-fired pizzas Thursday and Saturday evenings. Glasshouses of vegetables ring the beer garden.
