Terra Australis Distillery &Herbal Lore Liqueurs

Daylesford's Old Butter Factory houses this distillery making herbal liqueurs, gin, vodka and a barrel-aged tawny drawing on oak, whisky, rum and smoked barrel characters. Medals from New York, San Francisco and London competitions since 2017. The gardens out front are genuinely pleasant — worth arriving early to wander before a tasting.
