Sunshine &Sons Distillery

Two pot stills named after women connected to Woombye's first pub licensee do most of the work here: Sarah (2,500L) and Maria (6,000L), the latter arriving from Bass Strait in 2019. The range runs from a Pineapple Parfait gin to a barrel-aged dry, all produced in the Sunshine Coast hinterland within a UNESCO Biosphere corridor. Book ahead for the distillery visit.
